Wake Up Call Message
TOPIC: Do Not Judge
Introduction
"Be honest in your judgment of people. Do not decide at a glance, superficially, and by appearances."
John 7:24, Matthew 7:1
In our daily interactions, we are often quick to draw conclusions based on appearance, background, or status. Instead of seeking to understand the deeper purpose of each person’s existence, we allow superficial factors to dictate our judgments. This weakens the very foundation of our communities.
Problem
Our human nature, shaped by our upbringing and environment, predisposes us to premature judgments. Society has normalized this behavior—judging individuals based on their origin, possessions, or associations. In critical leadership positions, professional meritocracy is often bypassed, eroding the national values enshrined in our Constitution.
Challenge
There is an urgent need for Candid Citizens—individuals who will boldly rise to restore the lost glory of our nation. Unfortunately, many elites have abdicated their responsibilities, allowing moral decay in homes, institutions, and workplaces.
"Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood."
Revelation 22:15
Solution
The remedy lies in the hands of the elite and every responsible citizen, who must exemplify integrity in worship, wisdom, and work. The question remains: How? When? Who?
With God, it is possible. The time is now. The responsibility is ours.
We must shift focus from appearances to capacity and capabilities through:

- Strengths Productivity Calibration
- Solutions Sustainability Calibration
This creates a balanced and just environment through cross-check and risk management services.
