We are blessed with three powerful types of resources in this world:

  • Human Resource: The eternal power we express through services.
  • Natural Resource: Divine provisions from nature — goods we receive freely.
  • Manmade Resource: Products created through the fusion of goods and services.

Problem

While resources are abundant, society suffers due to a lack of knowledge. Many individuals and institutions lack:

  • Personal effectiveness
  • Professional efficiency
  • Clear mandate actualization

Challenge

We often forget the eternal rhythms that God established:

  • 🌱 Seedtime and harvest
  • ☀️ Summer and winter
  • 🌞 Day and night
  • ❄️ Cold and heat

As recorded in Genesis 8:22, these rhythms continue as long as the earth remains.

Solution

We must wake up and understand the seasons we are in. By anchoring our social systems—security, health, and education—in divine truth, we align our human effort with heavenly purpose. This calls for:

  • Spiritual knowledge
  • Strategic thinking
  • Wisdom-led leadership

Conclusion

Our psychological perspective affects our outcomes in every dimension: spiritual, social, economic, environmental, and physical. We will only mobilize the right resources when we think with optimism and wisdom. Let us renew our minds and become resourceful people for God’s glory.
