Wake Up Call Message on Security Professional Mindset
Wake Up Call Message: Security Professional Mindset
Introduction
In every kingdom setup, safety is the first principle considered. Since there are two types of kingdom settings—the kingdom of good and the kingdom of evil—this naturally influences the type of security mindset and deployment strategies.
In the kingdom guided by the knowledge of good, security personnel are trained as Soldiers—peaceful, disciplined, and righteous defenders of order. In contrast, the kingdom ruled by the knowledge of evil trains Warriors—aggressive, destructive, and retaliatory agents of fear and chaos.
Revelation 5:10
"You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth."
Those who believe in Christ are transformed into a kingdom that promotes righteousness, peace, and joy. As it is also written:
Romans 14:17
"For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit."
Problem
The challenge with every security personnel is that they must obey command structures. These command chains are only as effective and ethical as the mindset of the leader issuing them. Whether peace is maintained or war is initiated depends on whether the commander operates under a Soldier Mentality (peace strategy) or a Warrior Mentality (attack strategy).
The situation becomes even more dangerous when leaders—those in positions of command—are godless and inhumane. They corrupt security directives, turning protectors into destroyers. The battle for security therefore begins in the mindset of leadership.
Challenge
When a Soldier Mindset leads, the outcome is peaceful engagement, protective strategy, and restorative justice—this is the fruit of the good knowledge. But when the Warrior Mindset prevails, the result is killing, stealing, and destruction—characteristics of evil knowledge.
James 3:18
"Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness."
We are called to be peacemakers. Peace is not passive; it is an active decision to sow righteousness and build godliness. According to James 3:13–17, the evidence of wisdom is not in selfish ambition or bitter envy, but in humility and good deeds.
Solution
Security begins with the chain of command. In the divine design, the command flows from the King (the source/authority), through the Priest/Queen (the manager), down to the Princes and Princesses (the juniors/citizens).
For this reason, every kingdom leader must have a Christ-like mindset—governing with love, justice, and selflessness. It is only through the Spirit of God that a leader can prioritize the welfare of the people above personal gain.
Conclusion
Whether in spiritual, civil, or business governance, safety must come first. Godly leadership leads to joy and fulfillment because it is rooted in righteousness and peace. This is the mission of every Soldier of Christ: to defend what is right, preserve what is holy, and lead with a heart full of grace.
